Vehicle Description
Welcome to Street Dreams in Texas as we celebrate our 21st year in
the classic and muscle car business. The Chevelle was Chevrolet's
entry into the mid-size automobile market starting in 1964. Slotted
between the full-size Impala and the much smaller Chevy II, the
Chevelle became a huge success thanks to tidy proportions, multiple
body styles, and a long option sheet that allowed customers to
build anything from an economical wagon to a fire-breathing
dragstrip terror. This beautiful 1969 Chevelle SS 396 definitely
leans to the sportier side of the continuum. Looking magnificent in
its correct Olympic Gold paint (65) with Parchment interior (790),
this is a true SS 396 (13637, Z25) with the numbers matching 350 hp
L34 (EC T0409JE, VD 19B381301). Additional goodies include power
steering (N40), power front disc brakes (included with Z25), Muncie
4-speed manual transmission, special front and rear suspension
(F40), dual exhaust system (N10), heavy duty radiator (V01),
temperature controlled fan (K02), rally wheels (ZJ7), black vinyl
roof (C08), special instrumentation (U14), sport-styled steering
wheel (N34), sport striping (D96), custom deluxe seat belts (A39),
head restraints (A82), AM pushbutton radio (U63), and even correct
Goodyear Polyglas F70-14 tires (PL5). This beauty is sporting good
paint, chrome, glass, trim, carpet, upholstery, and dash. Also,
please note the stellar condition of the chassis in the images.
Take a look at the front lower A-arms and the rear trailing arms.
Fresh! Documentation includes copy of original window sticker,
Certificate of Registration from SS396 Registry, and a Shipping
Data Report from the NCRS. Ready to cruise, show, or brighten any
collection, this stunner perfectly illustrates what the muscle car
culture was all about. But be careful. Rumor has it that the acrid
smell of tire smoke is addicting! Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a
full service dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery,
insurance, and financing options.
