1981 FJ 40 Land Cruiser that is a really wonderful driven show quality presentation of a famous design with a full frame off restoration history, only minimal miles on this simply gorgeous and striking Toyota Blue from the later FJs, white hardtop, just a striking appearance on a rust free body, it is set forth with the restored factory gray vinyl bucket seated and rear jump seated interior, gorgeous painted blue interior floors, new show black floormats installed, this has a has an initial full restoration history and now has just been prepped for Summer 2020 as a current show vehicle, has the full mechanicals for the running gear checked and great suspension work, the very strong 2F 4.2 liter straight 6 with just outstanding even compression, professional fresh tune with brand new carburetor, uprated working air conditioning system, has the four-speed manual gearbox and the two-speed transfer case with locking front hubs, 5 brand new 15” Toyota wheels powder coated argent silver with the new factory dog dish hubcaps just installed, Firestone radial all terrain new tires, a fresh new suspension in the build with the steering gear just checked by an expert to insure driving to your golf match is fun, very nice glass around with rear vent windows, the rear barn doors were on the USA model FJ40s, the lift gate remained available as an option in other countries and this has the desirable 3-way rear doors with the top lift up that everyone loves, all the lighting is working along with the new headlights with the new front bright new front mounted driving lights are just added, also new bright uprated Sylvania bright headlights are just installed, ready for safe driving and ‘period’ look, the frame-off presentation is really just fantastic detailed and a so solid underchassis are in superior condition, the body is amazing, this terrific South American beauty had the initial restoration and now with the final prep work completing the build is by Fraser Dante for Summer 2020, see www.fraserdante.com for further information and full inventory
