For Sale: 2010 Dodge Challenger in Granbury, Texas

Vehicle Description

AN UNAPOLOGETIC THROWBACK TO THE TRUE MUSCLE CAR ERA! THIS 2010 DODGE CHALLENGER SRT8 CONVERTIBLE WAS CUSTOMIZED BY MR. NORM'S SPEED SHOP AND IS ONE OF 56 CONVERSIONS.

The first Dodge Challenger was introduced in the fall of 1969 as the 1970 model. Flash forward 40 years to 2010 when Dodge introduced the Limited Edition Challenger SRT8. Generally, the SRT8 is not purchased for its trunk space or other options. Its purchased for its power and the car’s ability to put a smile on your face, and that smile begins the second you stick the key into the ignition. The 2010 Challenger SRT8 packs a punch with a whopping 425 horsepower and 420 ft-lbs of torque, putting you at 60 mph in 5 seconds and after shifting only one gear. Unlike the 1970 Challenger, the 2010 SRT8 is meant to turn corners and handle well thanks to the Sure-Grip Differential.

If the car’s power isn’t enough, let the options entice you. This SRT8 was purchased in 2010 from Rick Keffer Dodge and immediately sent to Mr. Norm’s Speed Shop in Hudson, Florida. Norm Kraus began his automotive career in 1951 selling used cars with his brother, Len, at their father’s gas station that sat at the corner of Grand and Spaulding in Chicago. In 1963, the family opened a new showroom and service department and Grand Spaulding Dodge was born. Norm’s love of cars and racing led to him creating the Mr. Norm’s Sports Club and Registry. Building Mopar cars and motors for National Champion Drag Racers, Sox and Martin, are just a few highlights of Norm’s already accomplished career. In 1989, Norm was inducted into the Mopar Hall of Fame followed by his induction into the Super Stock Magazine Hall of Fame in 1994. Norm’s accomplishments led to him being dubbed as the “King of High Performance for Mopar” and he can still be found at Mopar events across the country.

This rare 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Convertible is 1 of only 56 signed, in numerous places, by Mr. Norm and is #478 on the Dodge Registry. The Custom White Convertible Top Conversion compliments well with the Flashy TorRed Exterior Paint Finish. Mr. Norm’s Custom Red Leather Interior is not only appealing, the Custom Interior only increases the car’s level of comfort. The body has been lowered 2” and sits on 20” Cragar SS Mags. This SRT8 is X=Boxed in order to support the convertible top and the 420 ft-lbs of Torque. The Custom Shaker Hood, installed by Mr. Norm’s Speed Shop, adds the finishing touch. We believe this Limited Edition 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Customized by Mr. Norm’s Speed Shop is both special and rare. Essentially new, with only 2,100 Original Miles, this muscle car is sure to turn heads and put a smile on your face!
