Series II. This late-production Disco has a great look and the
desirable 4.6 liter V8. Thousands have been invested under current
ownership including a quality repaint in the correct color,
professionally reupholstered interior, winch bumper, fender flares,
20-inch wheels with nearly new all-terrain tires, Old Man Emu lift
and more.
The engine saw a top-end rebuild under previous ownership only a
few thousand miles ago and it runs great. We were impressed with
how good this truck drives - it's smooth, comfortable and rattle
free on the road despite being so capable off road. No known rust
issues as this one spent most of its life in California.
It has proved very reliable for the current owner (who recently
bought a Defender 90 and is reluctantly selling this Disco to
preserve harmony at home). Serviced regularly with current Georgia
emissions and no warning lights on. Hard to find in this condition
and impossible to duplicate a build like this for the asking
price.
