Vehicle Description
An 850-horsepower supercar should not be this affordable. But this
2010 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 has been tuned for even bigger
performance and the look has even been upgraded to match. So dig
into all the details on all the investments that enhanced and
fortified this awesome coupe.
This is an absolutely mean machine, and you know that from the
moment it comes into view. Sure, the GT500 had an aggressive look,
but this one was modified to make sure that it even scared its
siblings. It starts with the true lightweight carbon fiber hood
that has a big power bulge for cowl induction. This dark addition
nicely coordinates with the midnight-style accents on the aero body
kit, blackout grille, tinted headlights, blackout quarter windows,
blackout rear panel, and 20-inch Shelby wheels. Oh yes, this one
truly has a dark side! And while it all looks terrific against the
vibrant red, this one has a special secret. It's a wrap with the
bold Kona Blue Metallic paint underneath.
Inside is a loaded machine with plenty of terrific custom touches.
The GT500 was a pricy machine, and so it came with the best
features directly from Ford. It includes power windows, power
locks, keyless entry/alarm, cruise control, and automatic climate
control. The stereo is the premium AM/FM/CD Shaker unit with a
touchscreen interface. It pumps out huge power, and it's still
modern enough to have Bluetooth, satellite navigation, and
interface with your iPod. Speaking of modern conveniences, you also
get the safety of dual front airbags, side airbags, and ABS. But
that's all the factory-style features. What you're also going to
love are all the upgrades that makes this one extra special. You'll
side down in the power adjusting leather seat, and it gives you an
excellent view of all the custom red accenting on the steering
wheel and center console. And this driver-oriented setup now
features some handy additions, like the AEM oil pressure and boost
readouts on the A-pillar, and there's a shift light in the middle
of your gauges.
Under the hood is the correct DOHC 5.4-liter V8 engine. And while
the fuel-injected motor was already a giant killer right out of the
box, this one has had some serious investment added. It now has a
Whipple W245AX 4.0-liter supercharger installed by the professional
turners at RPM of Georgia. The consignor states they did a full
performance build that includes a bored .30 over kit, moly-coated
pistons, custom camshaft, upgraded lifters, Walbro fuel pumps,
Injector Dynamics 1000 injectors, JLT Induction kit, Ford Racing
throttle body, West Industries 15% underdrive pulley, and a Snow
Performance methanol injection kit. It's a full package that the
consignor states delivers 850 horsepower to the rear wheels! You
take full control with the Tremec TR-6060 six-speed manual
transmission that has a triple disc clutch and MGW shifter. The
full suspension package upgrade really gets the power to the
pavement. You've also got power steering, four-wheel vented disc
brakes, and super-sticky Nitto NT555 G2 performance tires to keep
you in complete control of this extra-speedy Shelby.
There's so much more that went into this coupe that you need to
call for all the details. But you already know this offers more
than a GT500 and more than a Super Snake. It's a custom mean
machine done so well that it even comes with the full owner's
manual packet. So you know something this well-done won't stay long
at such an obtainable price. Call today!!!
