For Sale: 1970 Dodge Challenger in Mooresville, North Carolina

Vehicle Description

HIGHLIGHTS: This Challenger is one bad ride! Built for street/strip use, this prostreet monster is ready to take on any challenge. Built 440 V8 w/nitrous, A833 4-spd manual transmission, a roll cage, MSD ignition, the list goes on and on!

BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this Challenger is smooth and straight, with a slick Black Cherry paint job laid on top. With a color this dark and revealing, it is clear just how clean the body is underneath. The underside of the car has been coated in RhinoLiner to prevent damage from rock chips and moisture.

PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: The Black Cherry paint is absolutely stunning, and the ghost stripes really accent some of the body lines. The paint has both extreme depth and gloss, accented ever so slightly by a small amount of metallic. The paint has been freshly buffed, and has a mirror finish.

INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The interior condition is very much "racecar" with just enough amenities to keep it streetable. Equipped with a roll cage, racing bucket seats, racing harnesses, and a big old bottle of nitrous this bad girl is ready to get down! Additional options include a functioning heater, and a Hurst pistol grip shifter.

MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: There is almost too much to list about this Challenger! Seriously; the list of upgrades just keeps going. The 440 V8 is equipped with MSD ignition, TTI headers & exhaust, as well as Crowler Rocker Arms and roller rockers. The exhaust is hooked up to Borla mufflers and sounds incredible. Built to push the 700+ horsepower range, this 440 is ready to get up and go! The A833 4-speed is a Chrysler classic, and is outfitted with a stiff 725HP rated clutch to handle the power of the engine. It has a 4-link American Powertrain rear end with 4.11 gears and Strange axles.Topped off with power Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes, this Challenger is a serious ride.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: The throaty rumble of the 440 and the depth of the paint. Plus, it's a Challenger; what's not to love?

WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: Funny enough what some buyers will ultimately love about this car, more will hate. Meaning, it's loud, ridiculously fast, and requires your un-divided attention while driving.

DOES IT NEED ANYTHING? The only thing that might need some attention is the horn is currently not working and the passenger door does not lock with the keys.

WHAT BUYER IS LOOKING FOR THIS CAR? This is the car for the enthusiast that is looking for a real, true muscle car that your friends and family will hear you coming from a half-mile away. This car stands for unbridled horsepower and the exhaust sings the sounds of American Muscle.
