1966 Chevy Impala convertible. As good as they get for the money.
Recent professional Wine finish in base coat/clear coat for that
sweet shiny wet look. Done by famous House of Colors. No rust
survivor to start with. Car was totally apart (not off the frame
because did not need to be and would have been a waste of time and
money). Laser straight, both bumpers new and done with Top Quality
Rechroming. Stainless is new or new original. All emblems
(Chevrolet, 327, Impala tail light bezels) new. Detailed trunk with
original jacks and brand new same size spare tire. $2000 brand new
cloth top especially made to match interior. Even inside top felt
is new. Power top also works great. Back glass window is even
tinted as well as full excellent total car tinted glass. Previous
owner had this gem made for himself in his favorite colors in and
out. All new weather stripping. Owner even had original interior
done in real and two-tone leather (not the imitation kind either).
Over $5000 put in the interior alone. Even front and rear door
panels also in matching leather. Looks and smells like a new
Escalade. No cracks in arm rests, steering wheel looks new, no dash
cracks. New correct dual mirrors with correct Chevy logos. Stock
rebuilt 1968 327 new 4BL Edelbrock, power steering, stock exhaust
headers with dual exhaust that sounds just right. Rebuilt 3-speed
automatic. Factory working tach. Factory 327 detailed, 250 HP,
power pack heads. So, with dual exhaust and 4BL approx 280 HP. She
runs and drives awesome with stock highway gears. Custom made
color-keyed carpet with matching color-keyed 4 floor mats. Detailed
like new very attractive rally wheels with nice matching radials. 4
full new correct Chevy seat belts. Only 81K to start with. Working
power antenna, expensive AM/FM CD with no speaker holes cut in door
panels. Even have original keys and owner's manual. No expense
spared in restoration! This elderly gentleman had this sweetheart
built to his own special liking, but became very sick and by
referral to us we were able to acquire and offer for the first time
ever for sale. Show and go awesome clean condition throughout.
