Vehicle Description
Up for your consideration is a very nice, honest example of perhaps
the most iconic automobile ever produced in America, the venerable
1957 Chevrolet Bel Air hardtop. This is a factory straight, ROT
FREE example that the previous owner states has 26,000 original
miles. The car started life in dry Texas and then Oaklahoma before
it came here to New Jersey. This is why the body is so nice. The
Dusk Pearl paint presents very well with the exception of the hood
and deck lid. (A paint correction would go a long way here). The
roof has just been repainted in the original Victory Ivory. The
interior is original with the exception of the carpets which fit
nicely. The trunk is correct and tidy. The car is a joy to drive!
It has just had a complete servicing and runs out as it should. The
Powerglide automatic transmission shifts nicely and the radial wide
whites are brand new with less than a 100 miles on them. This Bel
Air features the desirable, factory 283 high performance V-8 with
dual exhausts. Everything works as it should including the original
radio and clock. It also has the good EZ-EYE tinted glass. Please
