Real Deal 1955 Porsche 356 Speedster. This gorgeous rust-free speedster has had a recent tune up and valve adjustment. The dual Zenith carbs sound phenomenal. This is the perfect piece for a collection, or cars and coffee warrior! This particular model was produced between 1950-1955. It was presented in late 1954 when the sole U.S merchant Max Hoffman prompted the organization that a lower cost open top variant would sell well in the American Market. We are open for inspections, and have the ability to facilitate worldwide transport. Please take a moment to view our test drive and walk around.
The interior is very nice. All gauges operate as they should. It is fitted with basin seats. All floor panels are clean with no rust under the main rubber insulation. I am 6 foot and fit with zero issues. Top frame is very nice, top material is in excellent condition. Window slide ins are included with sale.
Paint is rich and even. I would rate the paint an 8-10 as it is an older well-preserved restoration. Wheels are very nice, headlight bezels are in great shape. Overall a very sorted exterior, the new owner will be pleased.
I will break down the engine / trans numbers below. The engine runs excellent, very peppy 1600cc motor. It does not smoke or hesitate. We recently adjusted the valves, and gave it a tune up. She sings down the road, no trans pop out or grinding. Suspension feels great, and the brakes stop evenly. It is a very sorted car. Please take a moment to view our test drive video.

Due to our inventory size, we are unable to drive every vehicle for long distances. We also cannot guarantee that every gauge, light, window, horn, option, function, etc., will work as it should. Please check your local state inspection requirements. We do our best to inspect these vehicles in every detail and note any imperfections in the advertisement. Please note that we do not guarantee any air conditioning systems, gauges, or electrical systems. Given the nature of the vintage vehicles we sell, these components will need upkeep or attention. In addition, many times these vehicles sit for long periods of time and once you begin to drive them seals harden and gaskets may begin to leak! Classic cars leak. Please make sure you are comfortable with this before buying a vintage automobile. The information contained in this ad is solely for convenience. Now, that won’t include getting together with […]
