Vehicle Description
1969 Dodge Dart Swinger, another barn find! Found in Spring 2018 in
old, dry dairy barn, Attica, NY. Original Virginia car (see
picture). Last driven in 1981. This car was driven only 12 years!
It was intended to be a drag car, but never reached that goal.
Thankfully it was never hacked up. Being in dry storage, there is
no rust and looks laser straight. The prior owner smartly rebuilt
another 340 block (2780930 1968-1973) using all other original
engine components (heads, intake). Owner has the original #s
matching 340 block and crank. A local machine shop recently boiled
and magnafluxed the block to assure it is 100%. It also has the
stock bore. He also has the original carburetor, radiator, jack,
original fender tag, and build sheet (in excellent condition):
Radiator part #2949066 (1969 A Body 340) - Intake part #2531915-2
