For Sale: 1969 Chevrolet C10 in Charlotte, North Carolina

Vehicle Description

Flashy muscle cars are fun and polished customs are nice, but there's really nothing cooler than a well-done truck. No gimmicks, no frills and no posturing: just power and presence - LOTS of presence. This exceptionally clean C10 is a traditional stunner that mixes 383 cubic inches of Chevrolet V8 with a proven driveline, sinister aesthetics and a detailed, ground-up restoration. And if you're looking for a cool classic that's both road ready and show-ready, it's the perfect way to cruise the scene and turn some heads!

TRUCK IN A TUX

Sorted, solid and ready to roll, this sweet Action Line C10 is the beneficiary of a thorough restoration that presents very well. That reboot makes excellent use of deep black 2-stage, and that 2-stage stays smooth and silky over an array of tasteful custom touches. At the front of the truck, a billet-trimmed grille centers a broad "CHEVROLET" script between HID headlights, retro parking lamps and a polished bumper that's dotted with modern fog lamps. Above that grille, familiar Cowl Induction Hood fronts billet-capped wipers, which front a tinted greenhouse that's seated in monochromatic seals. That dome, enhanced by one-piece side glass, caps a timeless profile that's accented by smoked markers, billet mirrors, polished handles and a frenched antenna. Behind that whip, a monochromatic bed centers a relocated fuel filler between upsized wheel tubs. And at the back of the truck, LED taillights frame a smoothed tailgate and a custom roll pan.

THERE'S NOTHING MORE CHEVY THAN A BUFF SMALL BLOCK!

Activate the truck's painted hood supports and you'll find 383 cubic inches of raucous Chevrolet small block! At that top of that iron mill, a trick bowtie spinner cinches a polished air cleaner to a big Quick Fuel carburetor. That carb, juiced by a Holley regulator, braided lines and a liquid-filled Jegs gauge, rides a polished intake. At the back of that intake, a hot MSD distributor swirls sparks around attractive Chevrolet valve covers with the help of loomed MSD Street Fire Wires. Beneath those sleeved cables, alloy AFR heads funnel spent gases through coated headers. A polished accessory drive spins a polished water pump between a polished alternator, a polished AC compressor and a polished power steering pump. An aluminum radiator floats corrugated water tubes around big electric puller fans. And the smooth engine bay is spiced with niceties like polished tanks, a hi-torque starter and a reliable Optima battery.

RESTORED TO BE BETTER

Bottom-side, a restored factory frame rides a restored factory suspension that complements 2-inch drop spindles with familiar lowering blocks. The 383's power flows through a dressed Turbo-Hydramatic 350 3-speed. That gearbox leads a trusty 12-bolt axle, which spins a posi-traction differential around big, 3.73 gears. Turns come courtesy of fluid power steering. Stops come courtesy of a polished brake booster, which jolts two calipers and two drums. Custom, side-exit exhaust funnels spent gases through throaty Flowmaster mufflers and polished stainless tips. A fabricated aluminum fuel tank provides a steady flow of fossils. And everything rolls on body-matched Boss Motorsports blades, which spin 255/45ZR18 BF Goodrich g-Force T/As in front of 295/45R20 BF Goodrich g-Force T/As.

CUSTOM IS BETTER

Between the doors, bowtie-branded buckets have been tastefully paired with premium carpet, a suede headliner and stylish suede visors. In front of those modern thrones, a billet-trimmed dash hangs clean AutoMeter Phantom II telemetry between Vintage Air conditioning and stylish Lokar foot pedals. A custom console centers a trick B&M shifter behind MP3-capable Pioneer audio that's wired to a Rockford Fosgate amp, a Rockford Fosgate sub and multiple speakers. Custom door panels hang trick billet handles over billet, bowtie-branded sills. And the driver spins an attractive Billet Specialties steering wheel around a tilting Ididit column.

When it comes to performance, durability and sheer Americana, nothing beats an old school GM workhorse. Thanks to a high-quality restoration, this sweet C10 wraps a hot drivetrain in a capable chassis and crisp aesthetics. Ready to stand out from the crowd?
