This truck holds an interesting place in history. 1941 was the first full model year for the new K-Series, and the next year was cut short for WWII production. The K-Series is important because it updated International's designs into the 1940s. That means larger fenders with integrated headlights, an intricate hood, and a broad shoulder front end with a new grille. International Harvester made pickups for real truck duty. That's why you have a ribbed bed made completely out of steel, even the floor.
