GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this 1990 Mercedes-Benz 300GE
to the American market for the first time. This G-Wagon was
recently imported to the United States from Germany. It is powered
by a 3.0L inline-6 motor that is mated to a 5-speed manual
transmission. G-Wagons were originally produced for the military
before Mercedes realized there was a market for civilian versions.
This means that the drivetrain was built to handle the harshest of
conditions, so whatever city driving or off-roading you choose to
throw at it will be handled with ease.
The dark blue paint creates a classy look that is complemented by
an AMG grille bar across the front of the vehicle. The paint is in
exceptional shape and after looking all over the exterior it is
obvious this G-Wagon has lived an easy life as everything is in
great condition.
Occupants are immediately welcomed into soft leather seats that add
luxury to this off-road 4x4. The center console features wood trim
and many buttons that control various features such as the three
locking differentials. As shown in the pictures, the interior is
extremely clean and looks as it just drove off the assembly
line.
Classic G-Wagons, such as this one, that have been legally imported
into the United States are hard to find. If you are seeking an
alternative to the boring crossovers that over-populate the roads
