This original condition 1971 Triumph Bonneville T120 is an
excellent example of a ready-to-ride classic motorcycle. This
particular Bonneville won "Best of Show" at the Clubman's
All-British Weekend in 2011, and is ready to be ridden and enjoyed.
Complete with a substantial amount of original documentation, this
Triumph truly is a complete package at an outstanding price. In
1971 the Bonneville was a totally new bike. Only the engine carried
over from the previous model. This year marked the start for the
Triumph T120 Bonneville with engine #NE01436, featuring mild
updates from earlier counterparts. The running gear and frame were
all new for this year. This Triumph was originally purchased from
Guy Urquhart Motorcycles of San Diego (with original sales invoice
to support this) and has spent it's entire life in the San Diego
area. Today, it's current and second owner is our in-house master
mechanic. Needless to say, this motorcycle has an excellent
ownership history. Mechanically, this Bonneville is in excellent
condition. The engine has been completely professionally rebuilt
using it's original parts. All features operate as they should. The
transmission shifts smoothly, with solid gear engagement. This
Bonnevile truly needs nothing and is ready to be ridden.
Cosmetically, this motorcycle is very good. The paint is original,
as is the seat, handlebars, grips and foot pegs. There are signs of
its age on various components throughout, however it is very
minimal; only some mild oxidization on chrome pieces and a minor
dent on the air intake cover. As mentioned, this motorcycle does
come complete with a number of original documents, including
service records, dealer invoices and purchase receipt. We are also
happy to provide a full spec. sheet of all features and technical
data for this motorcycle. This Triumph is available for inspection
at our Phoenix Showroom. For more information, contact Daniel at
