For Sale: 1940 Ford 2-Dr Sedan in Millsboro, Delaware

Vehicle Description

PROJECT CAR: Terminal illness forces me to sell my unfinished 1940 Standard Tudor Sedan.  Needs front clip reinstalled (comes with the car), exhaust hooked up to the  headers, floor shifter, complete wiring harness (Painless it comes with car) and a few other parts to complete. I replaced the entire suspension and drivetrain with the following:

Engine: 4.3L V6 Chevrolet bored .060 over (4.4L), Roller Lifter block pre the balance shaft (uses small block Chevy water pump, accessories. Block and heads COMPLETELY  machined, blueprinted and balanced, KB Silv-o-lite flat top pistons, Edelbrock double roller timing chain, Speed-Pro Rings, GM Shot Peened Connecting Rods, Edelbrock Hyraulic Roller Cam, Speed-Pro roller lifters and pushrods, Comp Cams roller rockers, Edelbrock Intake and 450 cfm 4 bbl carb (w/ Bowler True Shift Linkage/TV Cable), MSD Distributor, Coil and MSD 6A box, MSD 9MM Plug Wires, Sanderson Full Length Ceramic Coated Headers, Rebuilt heads with 1.94 intake/1.5 exhaust. Corvette oil pump. Approximately 10.0 to 1 compression. Energy Suspension Urethane Motor Mounts. I'm sure I probably forgot some stuff...

Wheels: 15x7 American Torque Thrust II all around (Ford 5x4.5" Bolt Pattern)

Gas Tank: Extra Capacity, 16.5 gallon Stainless Steel, Carter Electric Fuel Pump (external), Fram Fuel Filter

Interior: Converted to firewall mount Ford Master Cylinder (No Power Booster), IDIDIT Tilt column, Borgeson stainless steering shaft universals (3), Stainless Double "D" steering  shafts, Autometer Meter gauges in a Knecht Dash Panel, Grant Steering Wheel, Stock seating  is rolled black vinyl (headliner same, but smooth), Tinted Glass all around, manual windows, Needs Water temp/oil pressure/voltmeter panel finished (where radio speaker was), Autometer gauges included.

Car has A/C, but it has an older R-12 system. I was going to completely replace it. I used the Sanden R-12 Compressor to fit the V-belts. P/S, A/C compressor and GM P/S pump (Modified pressure for Ford P/S rack) are all mounted with Alan Grove Components steel mounts. Custom Radiator. Car Cover Included.

The last 3 pictures are the day I bought the car BEFORE I took it apart to start all the drivetrain and suspension upgrades. They are just to show what it looks like with the front clip on it.

Car has ZERO miles on it since I replaced all the above described components. You don't want to know my investment, but I think my price is fair for where the car is as it sits. I'd hate to see it go to an estate sale. I have a clear NJ Title
