In 1955 Ford introduced what was to become one of the most iconic
American automobiles ever built. The 2 seat Thunderbird roadster
was introduced as a Personal Luxury Sports Car to compete with the
first-generation Corvette. The 2-seat version of carburetor
rebuild, several body panels painted, new windshield glass and
window wing glass, intake manifold gasket, complete power steering
rebuild, many new or re-chromed parts, new wheels and tires and
much more. This T-bird has won numerous car show awards including
Best in Class at the 10,000 Lakes Concours Elegance in 2017.The car
has been meticulously maintained and kept in a climate-controlled
garage for at least the last 40 years. It runs perfectly and is
ready to be seen around town or driven out on the highway.
