This 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 has one of the more desirable
options, a Ram Air hood. That option includes a vacuum controlled
door and a fiberglass plenum under the hood to direct cold air to
the air filter and into the carb. This car is an M code with a 351
cubic inch Cleveland V8 engine packing a 4-barrel carb with
headers. The 1971 M code cars were the last high compression headed
big block cars available. The 351 has been spruced up with a cam
and a fresh rebuild. Power makes it to the ground through the
factory manual 4 speed. If you look at all makes and models you
will find most muscle car folks will look for cars 71 and older for
big HP numbers. On this Mustang some odds and ends need to be
pieced together but absolutely everything to finish the car is
inside the trunk! Only the little things need to be finished up
like little trim pieces and what not. The foundation is solid and
90 % of the work has been completed! Just need the new owner to put
the finishing touches on this Mustang to get it ready for the
summer time shows! We make financing easy and accept trade-ins.
