are excited to offer for sale this gorgeous example of a 3rd
Generation Corvette. Finished in the original color combination of
Donnybrooke Green over Saddle, this car is in excellent condition
and features a numbers matching 390 horsepower 454ci V8, 4 speed
manual transmission, T-Tops, 69k original miles, and an interior
that shows extremely well. Being an early Third generation
Corvette, this car has a nice bit of contrast with the chrome
bumpers front and rear. The underside of the car is very clean with
a rust-free frame. Also of note is that the Vacuum operated
headlights work just the way they should, and the body colored
T-Tops fit just right. The car still wears the original shade of
Donnybrooke Green on the exterior (Code 982), and thanks to a
repaint approximately 10 years ago the paint looks beautiful. The
interior trim is finished in the factory original color of 'Saddle'
vinyl (Code 414). Once in the driver's seat, it's easy to see the
awesome condition that the interior upholstery is in. Seats, door
panels, gauges, dashboard, even the pouches on the passenger's side
dashboard are all in superb condition. An AM/FM/Cassette player is
mounted just below the factory auxiliary gauges, just past that
shiny gear knob. This car left the factory with a 454ci/390hp V8,
which is indicated by the cowl 454 hood and plaque at the base of
the shift knob. What an awesome combination in a legendary sports
car! Paired with a Muncie M21 4-speed manual transmission, and a
positraction rear end with 3.70:1 gears, the new owner of this
Vette will have a great setup to enjoy. The engine bay has been
kept tidy over the years, and that 454 powerplant makes a great
