Talk About 1 Off. Just in and up for sell is one of the Coolest Trucks that I have Ever Owned. This truck was owned and built by Crown Custom Hot Rods in Terrell TX. They owned it for over 16 Years when Rat Rod Trucks starting getting so Popular. Like most of Crowns builds only the best of the best was used. They started with the frame, where it was C-Notched, installed a Mustang II Rack-N-Pinion, Installed Tubular A-Arms, Re-located all shock mounts, made gas tank re-location brackets, and other custom touches. The truck cab was removed and the floor pans raised , removed inner fenders, and totally re-did the Bed. Then lined the complete truck cab, including the doors with Extreme Dyna-Mat sound material. Installed all new glass, felts, window regulators, handles, gauges, and had the seat done in real Leather. It was completely stripped and hand blocked it until it was right, then painted it with PPG Hot Rod Black paint. The drive-train is a Ford 302 cid. with a mild cam, and a Paxton Supercharger ended up with an awesome 360hp Street Beast. The drive train uses a TREMEC TKO 5-Speed Manual Transmission. Used in raising and lowering the truck is an Air Ride Technologies 4-Corner Air Ride System, and installed it where that he could sit this Ford right down on the Ground. I MEAN, the Rockers sit on the Ground. If your foot was under the truck, WATCH OUT! The Amazing thing about this Ford Truck, is that you can get in it and Drive it Across Country at 75MPH. I mean this truck drives as good as a Late Model truck. To top it off, the Truck now has Vintage A/C.... HID Headlights, Blue Dot Tail Lights, and the famous FURD Tail Gate. There are video's all over U-Tube about this truck, and it has been in many Magazines. All I can for sure tell you is that if you call a Custom Rod Shop like Crown, Gas Monkey Garage, or Diesel Brothers, this truck would cost you BIG MONEY to have them build it. This trunk is located in Hixson, TN 37343 just 15 minutes north of Chattanooga and its airport. Inspections encouraged and welcomed by appointment.
