Vehicle Description
Entering production in 1995, the BMW Z3 was a small, two seat
sports car that was a bit more conventional in design than the
crazy Z1. Offered in coupe and roadster forms, the Z3 was the first
BMW car to be produced outside Germany. A variety of 4 and 6
cylinder engines were offered from the sedan range and were mated
to manual and automatic transmissions. The Z3 gained some quick
fame when it was James Bond's car of choice in GoldenEye and a rare
special edition was even offered.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this 1996 BMW Z3. The car is
finished in Alpine white with a beige interior and a black soft
top. The convertible top looks good and has a clear back window.
The body is very clean and straight. The 1.9 liter twin cam 4
cylinder produces 138hp and makes for a revvy and fun driving
experience, especially when coupled to the smooth shifting
automatic gearbox. The stock 16in wheels are in great condition and
wrapped in Michelin Pilot tires. Other great features are A/C, on
board trip computer, AM/FM/ cassette tape stereo, 2 sets of key
including a valet key, and the original owners manual in the
glovebox.
This 1996 BMW Z3 has been well cared for and has a stack of service
records with it. One family owned since new when the father
purchased from Elmhurst BMW in 1996 and then selling to his son
about 8yrs after. Car has been pampered and cared for like one of
the family and the overall condition is very evident of a loved
vehicle. If you're looking for a fun and clean convertible to
cruise this summer, you won't find a better one.
