Vehicle Description
The square-jawed 1970s Ford trucks are true icons that are becoming
harder to find. So we're quite happy to offer this 1977 F-150
Ranger that retains a classic look, but has been given plenty of
fresh investment, including the two-tone and the interior.
The two-tone blue and white instantly announce this is a vintage
truck. And this one does it even more vivid than others, because
the paint was only applied in 2013 as part of the full restoration.
And you can see that the investment went further than just the
paint. There's quality in the mirror-like bumpers and upgraded
15-inch polished wheels. The desirable deluxe trim package of this
Ranger gives this plenty of full-length brightwork to add plenty of
distinction while also highlighting the straightness of the
sheetmetal. Plus, with the cab lights and long bed profile, this
classic truck has a great ready-to-work look.
There's only about 8k miles on this truck since the restoration,
and you can really see that by the freshness of the interior. It's
a sea of blue on the door panels, carpeting, and dash. Plus, we
really love the streak of white on the blue seats that's
reminiscent of the exterior color combo. More than just look good,
this is a nice place to spend some time with nice upgrades like the
retro-style radio with AM/FM digital tuner and iPod input, cup
holders, and upgraded from original R134a air conditioning system
installed within the last year.
The 400 cubic-inch motor was the largest small-block Ford had
available in these pickups. The V8 looks quite stock under the
hood, and so it should be no surprise that this is believed to be
the original powerplant. It was given a recent tune up, and so it
continues the tradition of a strong-running Ford F-Series. It makes
a proper sound out of the throaty dual exhaust that will make you
love cruising this pickup. The same goes for easy driving features
like the three-speed automatic transmission, power brakes w/discs
up front, and new power steering pump.
The sale comes with the original warranty card, owner's manual, and
build receipts. This is a low owner truck where the odometer is
even believed to reflect actual mileage. So it's great to have this
distinct classic restored to remain looking so nice. Call now!
