This 1972 Chevy Corvette coupe is in its original Ontario Orange.
It still gets a lot of attention, comments, and thumbs up wherever
it goes. The current owner acquired this daily driver about 2 1/2
years ago, and began to restore it. He has since bought a 71 that
is a 4-speed which is what he really wanted and currently finishing
the restoration on this one. The 72 Corvette drives well, and
responds quickly to the gas pedal, as expected. The previous owner
had some work done on it as well, including replacing the gas tank.
The current owner has all the paperwork from the previous owner.
This car needs just a few things to make it truly awesome or drive
as is. Whoever gets this classic is buying an investment as well,
as these chrome bumper Corvettes are becoming more and more rare.
This is a removable T-Top and rear window Corvette coupe. This car
is currently registered in the current owner's name until 2020,
clear title in hand, smog exempt. The current owner has done the
following things to the car in the last 2 years: new exhaust from
neck to back with Flow Masters mufflers, new aluminum radiator, new
alternator, new flywheel, new gear reduction starter, new Edelbrock
4 bbl carburator with auto choke, new electric distributer, new
spark plugs, wires, oil and tune up, new brakes and front calipers,
4 new tires, new battery, all electrical connections were gone
through and replaced where necessary, new belts, transmission was
serviced and fluid replaced, new driver's side, rear drain hose
installed, painted in the original color Ontario Orange last year,
interior was gutted and thoroughly cleaned, all interior trim
panels removed, cleaned and repainted, new carpet kit, original
seats were re-upholstered in vinyl black with new foam, hardware
cleaned/painted, door panels reconditioned, driver's door panel
