We are pleased to present this 1976 BMW 2002. This two owner was
originally sold here in Savannah by Critz BMW in March of 1976 has
remained here all its life. Freshened up in 2008 by the second
owner after purchasing it in 2006. The paint was color matched to
its original Blue Pastel color in 2008 and is showing a bit of age
as is the chrome trim. The rocker chrome is not installed but will
come with the car. The seats have been recently recovered and are
brand new. The radio has been upgraded to a digital replacement.
Mechanically the original 2.0 O.H.C. four cylinder engine starts
and runs excellently and is paired to a newer model 5 speed manual
replacing the original 4 speed manual. It has power front disc
brakes, four wheel independent suspension, electric rear window
defroster, The AC blows nice and cold and the cars performs as it
should if not better than original with the upgraded transmission.
The undercarriage is clean with no signs of corrosion. Excellent
service records will come with the car as well as the original
