I am the owner/restorer of this completely nut-and-bolt fully restored 1964 Jaguar E-Type Roadster. Restored in 2013, this car is an absolute joy to drive and has won multiple awards at various local car shows. It is a genuine head-turner and attracts a lot of public attention. I have built the car to be like new, and as such, every item on the car is either brand new or has been fully reconditioned inside and out. Enquiries are welcome. I know every detail about this car. The following is a short list of what has been done to the vehicle:
Body: New floors, inner and outer rocker panels zinc-coated, door skins, boot lid, hood, all rubbers, bumpers/surrounds etc all rechromed, panel gaps are excellent.
Interior: New genuine black leather seats, black carpet, aluminum panels for the dashboard and console, gauges, power windows, air conditioning vents in kick panels and centre console.
Paintwork: Custom Red. This is close to the best you will see on any vehicle, and has a glass-like appearance. Photos do not do it justice.
Roof: Black soft top, and RARE factory hard top.
Engine: Factory 3.8 litre motor, triple SU carburettors with stainless steel air filter.
Differential: Factory LSD differential.
Exhaust: Stainless steel exhaust and extractors.
Gearbox: Getrag 5 speed gearbox, brass button clutch.
Suspension: New dampers and springs, slightly lowered.
Wheels: Chrome wire wheels, Dunlop 215/60 R15 tyres.
Radiator: Custom 3 core radiator, heavy duty with large electric fan.
Brakes: Twin-pot front calipers, standard rear, brand new brake hoses and lines from master cylinder booster to all brakes.
