For Sale at Auction: 1969 Lamborghini Islero in Scottsdale, Arizona
This high-performance, red-on-tan Islero S is the 179th of 225
Isleros built, only 100 being the S variant. The Islero was only
built for the 1968 and 1969 model years. A truly beautiful 2+2
coupe from the '60s with a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter V12 engine
paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. In 2012 this car
underwent a full rebuild with the matching-numbers engine, gearbox
and rear axle assembly. Suspension and brakes were also done.
