Vehicle Description
"Built Like A Watch" was one of the advertising lines used by the
Elgin Motor Car Corporation. This 1920 5 Passenger Touring is
nicely restored and is a great example of cars during the roaring
20's. The Elgin used a 6 cylinder engine with a standard 3 speed
manual transmission that put out 37 h.p. which runs and drives
well. Interesting to note is that it also has an oil gauge, amp
gauge and a moto-meter temp radiator cap. The classic cream and
brown color combination is enhanced with the exceptionally nice
matching interior. Large 32 x 4 tires on solid disc wheels with
Elgin hubcaps give it a unique appearance. A large collection of
original paperwork including owners manual and sales information is
included. This 1920 Elgin will garner lots of attention and
questions at your local car show. A definite must for any antique
car collector! https://bit.ly/1920Elgin
