1962 Ford Falcon Ranchero - 5.0L V8 - 95% Complete Project - Lots
of Upgrades - Custom Paint - Custom Interior - (Please note: If you

website, it's possible that only some of our many photographs of
this car are presented due to website limitations. To be sure you

Kept Motors.) This Ranchero has gone through a radical change from
its original configuration of an economical vehicle for hauling
with an inline-6 under the hood, to a go-fast custom with a 5.0L V8
under the hood. This Ranchero is a project that is about 95%
complete, it runs and drives just fine, but small adjustments need
to be made in a few areas, and some (included) parts need to be
installed. As you can see, this Ranchero is finished in bright
yellow, and with the custom touches you may notice, you can assume
(and you would be correct) that this Ranchero has a little bit of
work done to it in the way of the drivetrain. The original factory
color was an understated shade of blue called Baffin Blue (code F)
which was a color very similar to what you may think of as Robin's
Egg blue. Hood pins, custom American Racing wheels, speed holes
drilled in the front bumper, and a fuel cell peeking out from under
the bed are just a few things that you may notice right away about
the car. The interior of the car has been left pretty simple - the
addition of modern bucket seats, a panel of auxiliary gauges,
custom steering wheel, and a custom gear shifter are notable
changes. The retro feel of the interior is maintained thanks to the
original metal dashboard and the sweeping needle speedometer. To
back up the aggressive looks, 5.0 liters of power reside under the
hood. The 5.0L V8 is topped by a 4 BBL carb and is mated to a
4-speed automatic transmission. MSD Ignition, Edelbrock air cleaner
and valve covers, strut tower and body braces, aluminum radiator,
and Flowmaster exhaust components all help give this truck an
advantage over its original specs. Enjoy this truck the way it is,
or take the time to finish the little things that our consignor
felt needed to be completed. It's smaller size, simple design, and
light frame paired with a built V8 is a recipe for fun either way
you look at it. Be sure to check out all the photos and video on
