Vehicle Description
What started out as a stock 1952 Henry J turned into a three-year
complete customization project. The body was completely removed,
and the original frame was replaced with a White Pearl
powder-coated custom Art Morrison full frame with a four-link rear,
IFS front coilovers with Panhard bar, Strange 4.11 9-inch rear end,
Strange 31-spline axles and Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes. It's
powered by a Bill Mitchell Merlin 509ci V8 engine, with Grumpy
Jenkins aluminum heads, COMP camshaft, Manly rods, Hardcore forged
crank, Wisco 10:1 pistons, Milodon oil pan, Pete Jackson noisy gear
drive, Weiand electric water pump, electric fans, MSD 6AL
distributor, Mean Green starter and Pro Max headers. The engine is
paired with an automatic transmission. The custom bodywork includes
removal of hood trim, shortening of the front section by 3.33
inches, center gap filled, installed hood pins, front lower section
customized to fit a 1953-57 Corvette grille (turned upside down),
frenched-in headlamps, custom molded fenders, V-butt front
windshield, customized doors with shaved handles and wing windows
removed. It also features corners rounded front and back, top of
doors built out, back edge lengthened 1/8-1/16 for gap, bear claw
latches, reinforcing plates, remote openers, highlighted bronzed
tinted power windows, drip rails removed and eight-point roll cage
was installed. It includes customized rear fenders with frenched-in
taillights from a 1988 Cadillac, backup lights removed, frenched
power switch, taillights peaked, seams molded in, custom exhaust
openers and gas filler removed. Custom rear roll pan with exhaust
openers, frenched and peaked license plate opening, trunk handle
removed, enlarged corner radius, T-Bird power trunk mechanism and
10-gallon fuel cell. The interior has had a complete makeover,
including overhead switch panel, dash holes plugged, Dolphin gauge
cluster, AutoMeter tach and shift light, custom CNC Billet,
steering column and wheel, glove box door, column drop, cross bar
and wheels and gauge panel. Additional interior features include
Honda seats in rear, leather and Mercedes carpet. The paint has
