1967 Chevrolet Chevelle 'Real' SS396 VIN 138 - Restored - Granada
Gold with Black Vinyl Top & Interior - 4 Speed - Buckets This
Chevelle was restored in Kingman Arizona about 10 years ago and it
has been driven less than 2000 miles since then. It has only been
driven to car shows and has always been garaged kept under a cover.
It has never been raced, hot rodded, or abused in any way and has
always been well maintained, it was built for show not go. It has
been driven to several DFW car shows where it has won several first
and second place awards. It has a totally rebuilt but non-numbers
matching 396 engine. It has had an exterior color change from the
original factory Bolero Red to Granada Gold and the black vinyl top
was added at the time of restoration because previous owner had a
gold one back in the day when he was younger. *It was built in
Atlanta Georgia at the GM assembly plant in 1967 and sold to the
first owner in Texas and it remained there until it was purchasedin
the late 1990's. * Factory equipment - It was born Bolero Red SS396
with 325hp, Muncie wide ratio 4 speed transmission, 12 bolt 307
ratio posi-traction rear differential, factory air conditioning,
black interior and bucket seats with clock mounted console, power
steering, power assisted front disc brakes, and no vinyl top or
seat belts. * Complete Body-on Restoration - You will be provided
with a large folder containing the receipts for labor, parts, and
materials that were used to complete the restoration as well as
receipts for labor and parts that have been completed since the
restoration. 1. Body and paint -The man that had done the body and
paint had since retired but he called him to verify what body work
had been done and he said that the inside floor panel was replaced
and that no other body work was required other than preparing it
