This 1972 Plymouth Duster 340 Tribute has plenty of great vintage
pieces inside and out. And as you look closer, there are also all
the best upgrades. So you're going to love everything from the A/C
interior to the period-correct 340 V8 power.
The Duster really has a terrific look. It may be one of the smaller
classic Mopars (i.e. lighter weight) but they gave it all the right
substantial style. The big chrome bumpers and wide toothy grille
give this a wide stance. The profile has the same kick-up along the
rear fenders we love in a 'Cuda. Plus, this one has extra attitude
with large dual exhaust tips and proper vintage-style Ansen Spirit
slotted alloys. The green paint has a nice look in the sunshine,

strobe stripe on the hood, large 340 callout, full-length side
stripe, white rear panel, and full-width rear spoiler all come
together for a well-coordinated and sporty package. And the white
half vinyl roof completes a very thoughtful appearance that makes
this sporty coupe also look premium.
Inside the green and white theme continues. You'll love the white
seats with green suede-like inserts that have the cool feeling of
the 1970s but in a fresher presentation. The full two-tone
continues on the door panels, carpeting, dash, and center console.
This has such a cool vintage vibe that even the AM/FM radio looks
correct. It's the kind of experience you'll want to share with
family and friends, and the cold-blowing factory air conditioning
will make sure they all stay comfortable. But even when you're just
going solo, this Duster is great. The high-back bucket seats and
Mopar's grippy Tuff steering wheel let you know this is a driver's
machine.
Under the hood, this car has been upgraded to a year-correct 340
cubic-inch V8. It has more nice upgrades like a Holley four-barrel
carburetor and Edelbrock intake. Plus, you have good supporting
components, like new plug wires and an aluminum radiator. It fires
up readily, runs strong, and makes a sweet sound out of the dual
exhaust. It's the kind of classic coupe you'll enjoy driving, and
that's why it comes with easy driving features like power steering,
a three-speed automatic transmission, and power brakes w/discs up
front. And because the classic wheels are in a larger 17-inch size,
you can even accommodate modern/grippy ZR-rated tires.
