For Sale at Auction: 1967 Cadillac Eldorado in Scottsdale, Arizona
Debuting at the 2004 Grand National Roadster Show, where it was
awarded Best of Class. This 1967 Cadillac Eldorado known as "El
Conquistador" was acquired by Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
Featured in the MTV Series "Meet the Barkers," Travis received the
car for his 30th birthday on the show. Purchased from John
D'Agostino of Celebrity Kustoms, the Cadillac had been extensively
modified, including a paint job by Gene Winfield. Built at
Celebrity Kustoms. The list of modifications include a chopped roof
line, static suspension drop, shaved door handles, gas door, trunk
emblems, modified front and rear bumpers to accent the body line
and door poppers ensure the smooth and sharp body lines of the
sixth-generation Eldorado. Still powered by its correct 429ci V8
engine and a 3-speed automatic transmission. El Conquistador was
exhibited at the Petersen Automotive Museum for several years.
