1971 Chevy Suburban 3/4 ton Custom de Luxe. 350 motor, TH350 aut, power steering, power brakes, disc brakes. The truck had AC but the compressor is gone, it also had rear AC. The body is rust free, there is no rust in the floors, tailgate, rockers, anywhere. Always been in CA. The paint seems to be an older repaint in similar color at least 30 years ago, now polished to a shine. There are the usual flat dings and small paint repairs that you can expect from an old truck. Rear bumper is new, front is original in decent shape. New small mirrors, original big ones are included. All the glass is good, tinted windows, the rear window in the the back door is Lexan.
Interior is original with cracks on the seats. The rear seat is missing the bottom frame. The dash pad is new, and also the glove box liner. Original carpet that is whole but a bit worn. Good headliner. Overall good driver condition inside.
The truck runs fine, will need a carburator overhaul. The aut trans shifts fine. Brakes and suspension feel good, it runs fine on the road. New 16” tires, nice original hubcaps. Will need some electrical work: fan, wipers, turn signals. New fuel tank and sending unit. A nice rust free California driver Suburban that only need some minor work for a great price.
