You are looking at an Absolutely gorgeous, numbers matching, investment grade, original California black plate 1966 Mustang GT. This mustang was built with the following factory options, GT package, pony interior, disc brakes, black vinyl top, air conditioning, “A” code 289 225hP, auto transmission, power steering, remote LH mirror, and tinted glass. This Mustang comes with a huge folder full of documentation. This Mustang retains all of its original body panels and has never had any rust. This is an all original three owner car that has only 19,312 original document in miles. This Mustang was built in California and spent some time in Pennsylvania and the majority of its life in Florida. From Florida it moved to Ohio where it was rarely driven then professionally refinished base coat clear, in the original Sauterne gold, new black vinyl top, and the interior professionally restored. Mechanically the mustang has been pampered and very well-maintained over the years. The 4-V carburetor has been rebuilt, new fuel tank, brakes, brand new high end exhaust kit from front to back with original style GT tips. All chrome and trim is either absolutely brand new or in excellent restored condition. The interior has received full restoration with all parts either being replaced or refinished. New carpet, deluxe door panels, door panel trim, dash, sill plates, visors, bezels, seat foam and pony upholstery, headliner, all weatherstripping, kick panels and more! Also, deluxe aftermarket console with cupholders, and custom am-fm radio has been installed. The air conditioner is the original unit and it does work, but may need to be recharged not 100% certain if it will hold the refrigerant we did not try. all electrical components and lighting in excellent working condition. All glass in excellent condition. Inside and outside this vehicle appears as new. The undercarriage of this mustang has been pressure washed to reveal the original red oxide primer, some factory markings and absolutely zero rust. It is very rare to find a mustang this original and this absolutely solid. This original California black plate investment grade mustang GT is in remarkable condition, with such original low mileage, and zero rust, a true gem that can be enjoyed,and will appreciate in value as time goes on. These cars are getting almost impossible to find in this originally solid condition.
