This car spent the first part of its life on the track after leaving Summit Ford brand new, was later sold to Keith Dill, a Ford dealer in Niagara-on-the-Lake and then 20 years ago purchased back by Summit. A complete frame off restoration was done on this Boss back before Mr. Dill's purchase and with constant professional maintenance has remained in like-new condition for over 20 years. This is a very well optioned car with power steering, power brakes, dual racing mirrors, shaker hood, tachometer, rear window louvers, rally wheels and a 4 speed Hurst competition shifter. The Boss 302 came with a true performance engine that was way ahead of its time, built with solid lifters turning up over 7000 rpm making this engine virtually bullet proof. Steel radials, a Clarion sound system and an after market oil pressure gauge have been added along with a professional rebuild of the motor . Engine rebuild information available by request.
