For Sale at Auction: 1956 Chevrolet Apache in Scottsdale, Arizona
No corners were cut on this custom build. The frame was
straightened and boxed for the Heidts independent front suspension
and 4-link suspension. The cab was straightened, and all welds and
seams were filled, ground and smoothed. A hand-fabricated sub-dash
was built for the air conditioning. Powered by a fully polished
383ci V8 TPI engine with a 4-speed automatic transmission that
sends power to the 3:73 gears. The firewall was fully smoothed,
stainless fuel lines installed and hidden, and the Hydro-Boost
brake system hides behind the dash. A custom sound system with
subwoofer is under the bench seat, which has an armrest fully
wrapped in leather. The front and rear bumpers were tucked 2
inches, and it rides on 20-inch Foose wheels wrapped in Nitto Invo
tires. Less than 2,000 miles since completed. The body and House of
Kolor Tru Blue Pearl paint are stunning. This truck is a Best of
Show winner.
