Vehicle Description
This custom 1957 Chevy 150 coupe known as "Pearl" was customized
over a period of years. The body was finished in a mirror-like
House of Kolor Candy Apple Pearl Red. The one-of-one fully custom
black leather interior features Vintage Air, custom sound system
and comfortable bucket seats, and every inch of the interior was
hand-done. Under the hood is a Don Hardy DH1 - 376RS EFI LS3
6.2-liter V8 engine fed by a Don Hardy fuel-injected intake and a
Holley EFI. The shifting comes from a TREMEC 6-speed manual
transmission. The exhaust flows through custom one-off headers to a
custom exhaust with stainless mufflers. The car was fitted with
one-off machined wheels and sits on a custom Dooley and Sons
Tri-Five chassis with RideTech coilovers. Stopping power comes from
its 4-wheel Baer 6-piston disc brakes featuring 14-inch rotors, a
machined 4-link rear suspension and a Currie 9-inch rear axle. To
attain a modern chassis look, each body panel has been
custom-fitted in every square inch of this build.
