Vehicle Description
This 1956 Thunderbird received a professional rotisserie
restoration over an 8-year period. The frame has been thoroughly
sandblasted and powder-coated black. The underside of the body is
correctly painted Peacock Blue. All replacement parts are original
and OEM correct. Power is provided by a 312ci V8 engine featuring a
dual 4-barrel carburetor and manifold kit that was a
dealer-installed package created for NASCAR. The engine is paired
with a 3-speed automatic transmission. It's fully loaded with
Master Guide power steering, Ford's Swift Sure power brakes, 4-way
power seat, power windows, Kelsey Hayes spoke wheels and a factory
Continental kit. This Thunderbird has both tops: a new white
replacement top and a porthole hardtop. Formerly of the John
Staluppi Cars of Dreams Collection.
