Vehicle Description
This 1972 Bronco custom 4X4 was the recipient of a fresh frame-off
build. Powered by a fuel-injected 5.0-liter Mustang engine that's
bored .20 over with 22-pound injectors and high-output plenum-MSD
distributor, shorty headers, aluminized exhaust with Flow-Pro
mufflers and 5-speed AX-15 transmission. Custom-fabricated drive
lines are rebuilt with new joints, bearings and seals. Front disc
brakes were also added. Laser-straight body panels are finished in
Nason base clear D-12 Tank Green paint. Upgraded with Vintage Air
and many custom features, like removable doors, removeable top and
a custom-fabricated dash with relocated glove box. Front and rear
bumpers are custom-fabricated with a 10,000-pound Smittybilt winch
and powder-coated in Freightliner Black, along with a fabricated
roll cage. Special rear tire mount and side steps. Street Rod Gems
tilt column with Tom's Bronco custom steering wheel. The custom
interior uses 1970 Mustang Mach 1 seats with TMI upholstery.
Three-point retractable seat belts front and rear. Also includes
tempered privacy glass, a 6-inch lift kit with double shocks and
18-inch Wheel Specialties wheels and off-road tires.
