Vehicle Description
This 1940 Suburban Carryall has received a frame-off restoration
and is equipped with a Mustang II independent front suspension with
tubular control arms, as well as power rack & pinion steering. It's
powered by a 350ci V8 engine featuring a billet serpentine belt
drive system. The engine is paired with a 700R4 4-speed automatic
overdrive transmission and a Ford 9-inch rear end. Stopping power
is provided by 4-wheel power disc brakes. The interior is equipped
with 1969 Chevrolet Blazer bucket seats, so the passenger seat
tilts completely forward to access the rear seat, and the
upholstery has been tastefully done to complete the inside. This
Suburban has plenty of cargo room that is accessed by the rear barn
doors. The exterior features two-tone paint, Metallic Black top and
a Synergy Green bottom, with all-new smoked glass throughout and
Nu-Relics power door windows. It rolls on a new set of staggered,
20-inch rear and 18-inch front, Billet Specialties Speedways wheels
and tires.
