Vehicle Description
Ultra Motorsports is very pleased to offer this stunning iconic
classic. This 1964 Lincoln Continental Convertible is an absolute
cream puff. The ultimate parade car. The car that instantly brings
a smile and conversation when the iconic suicide doors swing open.
Due to the streamlined dash and smooth tapered front and rear, the
1964 Lincoln Continental is highly desired by collectors and
enthusiasts. Let us start by answering the question on everyone's
mind. All of the windows and top are working perfectly on this car
at this time. If you are shopping for a Lincoln, this should be a
question at the top of your list. These vehicles were engineering
marvels of the time. A seemingly ""simple"" malfunctioning top or
window can drive a even the most skilled mechanic nuts and be a
very pricey fix. This car will not disappoint. The Arctic White
exterior is finished very nicely. The fit and finish is very good
as well. The chrome and trim on this vehicle are in very nice
condition. There is a very small blemish on one of the rear
bumperettes. Our shop can gladly give an estimate to repair. The
trim on a Lincoln can be a pricey item. The trim on this vehicle is
very nice and presents well. The convertible top is in like new
condition and operates as it should. On the interior, the Palomino
Leather interior of the car shows very well. There is very minimal
wear and will present well at any car show. Lincolns are notorious
for having cracked dashes. Again, this is an item that can be an
unexpected pricey expense. The large sweeping dash on this car is
in excellent condition. Mechanically this car could reliably drive
across the country tomorrow. The car starts, runs, drives, shifts,
and stops just as it should. The FACTORY A/C blows cold. At Ultra
Motorsports we have had our fair share of Lincoln Continental
convertibles. Perhaps by coincidence or perhaps because we have
grown partial to this iconic cruiser. The convertible suicide door
car is a fan favorite at any car show. Odds are you will be the
only Continental Convertible in attendance. While the Camaro,
Chevelle, Thunderbird, and Mustang are all amazing cars..... there
are a lot of them out there. Due to the low production numbers,
owning a 1961-1967 Lincoln Continental puts you into a very select
a small group. At Ultra Motorsports we have had Lincolns in every
condition. The best way to buy these cars is exactly as this one is
presented. If this car were concourse restored, it would fetch
$80k-$100k at any large auction. If this car were a project, it
would fetch $10k-$15k. A warning from experience about buying a
Lincoln project... Parts for these cars can be very expensive and
difficult to source due to the low production numbers. Also, be
warned, making all of the gadgets, gizmos, and moving parts
function properly can be a task. Even the most skilled mechanic
will have their work cut out for them trying to make the top and
windows work properly. Dollar for dollar, the best way to purchase
a Lincoln is just as this car sits. Whether you want to load up the
grandkids for ice cream of pile in your buddies for a night out on
the town, this car is turn key ready. Get in, drop the top, and
drive. As it should be. PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE (260)969-5666 OR
