1975 Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 MFI Coupe: One of only 518 Produced in 1975
This 1975 Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 MFI Coupe is a matching numbers example and one of the most collectible classic Porsche models. Silver with blue interior and offered with its factory owners manual. The car runs and drives well but would benefit from servicing as well as minor cosmetics and paintwork. With a solid underside and straight body, it could easily be taken to the next level or alternatively restored to perfection. This Euro Carrera is one of the fastest appreciating classic Porsche models. An incredibly desirable car and a very special find that's not to be missed by any collector or enthusiast alike.
When the legendary 1973 Carrera RS 2.7 homologation special was discontinued after just 1,590 units had been built, the Carrera name continued on Porsche's top-of-the-range model, and a limited number of high-performance lightweight Carreras emerged from 1974-1976 for European markets only. These "Euro Carreras" as they came to be known retained the legendary Type 911/83 2.7-liter, 210bhp engine with Bosch mechanical fuel injection (MFI), the same engine as fitted to the legendary 1973 Carrera RS 2.7 homologation special.
