Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 2008 Lotus Elise SC
(Supercharged). This Elise is a one-owner car with only 36,000
miles and is one of only 167 Elise SC's produced for the US market
in 2008. Finished in Canyon Red over tan leather interior and
optioned with the touring package. It has been adult owned and
never abused - the owner put it on track exactly one time with the
Lotus Club at AMP. It remains mostly stock with the exception of
Nitron street shocks, Sector 111 toe links, aluminum engine lid
prop and a Braille battery. A custom fitted car cover is also
included.
Once you fold yourself up to get inside this thing is an absolute
blast to drive. If you are shopping for an Elise you probably know
this already, but it's so nimble, quite fast and the supercharger
whine coming from behind makes it hard to keep your foot out of the
throttle.
This example has never been wrecked or had any bodywork - the owner
recently picked up a rock on the highway which necessitated a new
windshield and scuffed one front panel which required some paint
touch up, which was professionally done. All-new star shield was
applied at that time, and as of this listing it has a clean CarFax
report (photo of the damage is available; it was minor).
This Lotus shows well all around with nice paint, interior and
wheels (which are wearing sticky Dunlops with lots of tread).
Owner's manual, bag for the folding soft top and tool roll are
included. This has proven to be reliable and great fun for the
owner of ten years and should be turn-key for the next owner to
enjoy.
