This is a custom, one-of-kind '72 K5 Blazer, having the performance
and comforts of modern-day technology. It just recently went
through a complete frame-off rotisserie restoration. Power from the
new Chevy 5.7-liter fuel-injected engine is delivered to custom
wheels and tires by a 3-speed automatic transmission. The engine is
provided with ceramic-coated headers, a serpentine front runner
system and an aluminum radiator with dual fans. A Holley Sniper
electronic fuel injection system ensures peak performance and
worry-free startup, even after prolonged garage time. The EFI
system includes a handheld controller to provide quick
adjustability. The Flowmaster exhaust gives the engine just the
right tone. This K5 has an attractive stance thanks to a 3-inch
lift kit. Power quick-ratio steering as well as power disc brakes
make the handling confident and effortless. The interior has been
fully updated with custom TMI seats, door panels and dash. The
truck also includes custom gauges, a tilt steering column and a new
stereo system with subwoofer. The Axalta DuPont Hugger Orange
exterior gives this truck just the right pop, and the removable
bikini top is sure to extend any intended grocery store trip to a
full-fledged off-road adventure. The Blazer has driven less than
1,000 test miles since the truck was completed.
