This 1959 Ford Thunderbird Tudor Hardtop is believed to have been
owned by famous baseball commissioner Allan "Bud" Selig and even
bears the original Knippel-Selig Ford badge on the rear decklid.
Under the hood is a 300 HP 352 CID 4bbl 8-cylinder engine. The
transmission is a Cruise-O-Matic 3-speed automatic which was also
original to the vehicle. Rear axle ratio is 3.10:1. Features
include: power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seats,
and aftermarket AM/FM radio. The car currently rides on 15? chrome
Cragar SS wheels, but a set of white walls mounted on original
steel wheels with hubcaps are also available. In the last several
years the following have been replaced: brakes - including master
cylinder, fuel pump, fuel tank. The car was painted in its current
metallic blue in 1990, while the interior received new upholstery
and carpeting in 1998. The trunk liner has also been replaced. This
Thunderbird also comes with both rear fender skirts and a
