We have a very special 1976 Ford Thunderbird here at Skyway
Classics. It is a rare, original, well-optioned car. A Special Gold
and Cream Luxury group that was a one year only option.

This package was only available for the '76 model year, and was a
costly option, upping the car's cost by $793.00. The option package
included two-tone Gold Starfire paint, gold pinstripes along the
belt line, two-tone leather interior, deep dish aluminum wheels,
and 24-oz cut pile carpeting.
It has a 460 cubic inch engine with a C6 3 speed Automatic
Transmission, 3.00:1 Limited Sliprear end, Solid State Ignition,
Power Steering, Power Front Disc Brakes, Manual SelectAire
Conditioner, Automatic Parking Brake Release, 61-amp. Alternator,
and rides on thin white sidewall tires and factory Ford T-Bird
wheels and hubcaps.

The Interior is quite good with a good dash, tan and white

Center Armrests, Aurora Cloth and Vinyl Upholstery with the rears
excellent too, nice Headliner and Carpeting, original AM/FM radio,
air conditioning, Power windows and seat adjustments, functional
Gauges, 24-oz. Cut-Pile Carpeting, Color-Keyed Deluxe Belts,
Thunderbird Sound Package, and much more.
Exterior
Ours is painted in a two-tone Gold (6YNY) Starfire paint, with gold
pinstripes along the belt line, Color, Gold Odense Grain half-vinyl
roof, Opera Windows with Thunderbird Insignia, Remote Control
Left-Hand Mirror, Stand-Up Hood Ornament, Bright Moldings at Hood
Rear, Door Belts, and Drip Rails, Vinyl Insert Bodyside and Partial
Wheel Lip Moldings, Deluxe Bumper Group that Includes Bumper Guards
Front and Rear with White Insert Rub Strips. It looks great.
