This original 1965 Pontiac GTO was the recipient of a complete
professional frame-off restoration. It retains its matching-numbers
Tri-Power 389ci V8 engine and 4-speed manual transmission. This car
is heavily optioned from the factory and verified by its original
documentation such as Build Sheet, PHS paperwork and reproduction
Window Sticker. Some of the key options are power steering and
brakes, AM/FM radio, tilt column with sport steering wheel, factory
air conditioning, bucket seats with console, tinted glass, cluster
and tachometer, Rally gauges and lighting package. It also features
the ride and handling package, red line tires, retractable seat
belts, transistor ignition, Kelsey-Hayes HD brakes with aluminum
front drums, Kelsey-Hayes finned rear steel drums and dual exhaust
with chrome extensions. This GTO includes a copy of the original
title, Protect-O-Plate, original set of owner's manuals and
additional literature.
