Equipped with the 400 CI Ram Air III V-8 engine packing 366 factory-rated horsepower, The Judge option package included wild multi-color fender stripes, a full-width pedestal rear wing, psychedelic "The Judge" identification decals and badges, plus Silver-painted Rally II wheels without the usual bright trim rings. A cheeky anti-establishment statement on wheels inspired by the hit TV comedy show Laugh In, the Judge poked fun at all established muscle car clichs in one stroke. A 1970 Judge also nearly stole the show in the cult classic movie Two Lane Blacktop, with Judge driver Warren Oates character was simply "GTO."
