Vehicle Description
This 2000 Chevrolet Silverado Thunder is all about a clean look but
a mean attitude that brings nearly 450 horsepower to the streets.
So dig into the details on this low-mileage professionally-built
supercharged muscle truck.
When we talk about ultimate Camaro, we talk about the dealer Yenko
Chevrolet. Soon when we talk about ultimate Silverados, we will
talk about Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix. They put together a
wicked street-eating package for the pickups called Thunder. There
are only subtle hints from the exterior that this is different.
There's bright appearance on the grille and mirrors. It goes well
with the large polished exhaust tips and the MHT 18-inch polished
alloys. And the lowered stance gives this some aggression. But
aside from the Thunder logos above the 1500 badging, this one has
the standard appeal of a super-clean truck that has barely averaged
over 1,000 miles annually. And the reason why this is so well
respected is because we suspect it's quite rare. Courtesy Chevrolet
started the service in 1999, and this is truck #5 (likely of the
whole run and not just the model year!)
Inside is more of the ultra-clean attitude. The leather bucket
seats with power adjustment instantly signal this is not work truck
spec. Plus, you have a ton of other great features, like power
windows, power locks, alarm, dual airbags, ABS, cruise control,
tilt steering column, cup holder center console, and the factory
AM/FM/CD stereo. The air conditioning is blowing nice and cold, but
really, we know your favorite breezes will come from sliding open
the rear window. After all, it lets you hear the exhaust growl.
On a low-mileage truck like this, everything looks clean, and this
is believed to be the original 5.3-liter fuel-injected V8 under the
hood. But you can also instantly see this is not just some stock
machine. The Whipple supercharger sits neatly on top to deliver the
kind of power that makes us all weak in the knees. The Thunder
package also properly upgrades the engine management to handle the
extra power on this stout V8. And there is also a Borla Cat-Back
exhaust so that this Thunder can truly bring the thunder. Ground
Force shocks, lowering springs, sway bars front & rear, and grippy
Yokohama tires do a nice job of giving enhanced control to this big
power truck. And on days when you just feel like commuting, the
four-wheel power disc brakes, power steering, and four-speed
automatic transmission w/overdrive make this custom an easy
everyday machine.
We know you love everything about this truck, including the
affordable price. So don't miss this deal, call today!
