Vehicle Description
1963 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 Dr. Post 406 Black Ext This Bel Air 2 door
post car spent most of it's life in California. It is the ultimate
"old school" sleeper car. It is absolutely stunning with the black
exterior with red interior and don't those wheels look great.
Mileage is approx. 102,000 although the mileage is exempt and the
VIN # is 31611L204810. The paint is very nice (basecoat and clear
coat) and the chrome is all there and in good condition. The engine
is a 406 small block (bored out 400) with double hump 2:02 heads
and an MSD ignition. It has headers into a new Flowmaster exhaust,
new HD front sway bar and new front disc brakes. Power is put to
the ground with the help of a 350 Turbo trans with a shift kit and
a B&M shifter with a temperature gauge on it. The rear end has
a 3:73 posi. This car has 9.7 to 1 compression and runs well on
pump gas. The interior is complete with a bench seat and under dash
mounted Auto Meter gauges. Tunes provided by an in-dash AM/FM CD
stereo. In the years of ownership, I have spent approx. $10,000 in
modification and improvements. They include: - Added American
Racing wheels with BF Goodrich Radial TA tires (other wheels and
tires also included) - Added power steering - Added new Flowmaster
exhaust - Added Edelbrock manifold with Demon 4 barrel carb -
Converted to 4 speed from automatic - New steering column and
steering wheel The undercarriage and trunk are solid and very nice.
Previous owner noted that the drivetrain has less than 3500 miles
on it. This is a strong running, traffic stopping, eye popping, jaw
dropping, knock-out of a car Please Note The Following **Vehicle
