This 1961 Buick LeSabre Bubble Top is a custom build with a
professional nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration. It is powered by
a 6.2-liter V8 E-Rod LS3 crate engine mated to a 4L60E 4-speed
automatic transmission connected to a 9-inch Ford rear differential
with 3.50 gears. This Buick rides on a powder-coated Art Morrison
Pro-Touring chassis equipped with a 4-link rear end and adjustable
coilovers on all four corners. The engine compartment is finished
with a smoothed firewall, custom valve covers and custom-fabricated
panels. It has burgundy custom leather interior with classic gauges
mounted in the center console, the original "Mercury" speedometer,
Vintage Air heating and cooling, and a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo
system with amplifier. It also features power steering, power
windows, an aluminum crossflow radiator, new tinted glass, and
power doors and trunk locks. This LeSabre sits on coated Schott
Challenger wheels with stopping power provided by Wilwood 4-wheel
disc brakes.
